For each belief, BeliefShift generates a personalized reframing exercise. These are 5-minute exercises rooted in evidence-based techniques like cognitive reframing, perspective shifting, and compassion practices. Complete them to begin shifting the belief.
Is 3 reflections per week enough?
For getting started, absolutely. Most people discover 2-4 core beliefs in their first session. Premium makes sense once you want to go deeper, explore more categories, and track your progress over time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your billing period.
Is my data private?
Completely. Your reflections and beliefs are encrypted and never shared. The AI analysis happens in real-time and is not used to train any models. Your inner world stays yours.
